Coaching is about structured guidance, practical tools, and faith-rooted encouragement that move us from victimhood to victory. Together, we confront the patterns trauma left behind, restore confidence, and reassemble life on a foundation that can’t be shaken.

Step 1: Identity Blueprint (Required)
Before we meet, you’ll begin with the free Identity Blueprint. This is a guided tool that helps you uncover patterns, priorities, and mindsets shaped by past experiences. It gives us a starting point to rebuild from, not just rearrange what’s on the surface.

Step 2: Free 15-Minute Discovery Call
Once you’ve completed your Blueprint, you can schedule a free 15-minute phone call with me. This is our chance to connect, walk through your results, and talk about where you are in your healing process. It also helps us decide together if coaching is the right step for you right now.

Step 3: Personalized Coaching Session 45-Minutes (via Zoom)
If we choose to move forward, we’ll schedule a full coaching session (6 sessions) tailored to your needs. During this time, we’ll address the places you feel stuck, identify what’s weighing you down, and outline a plan for moving toward strength and clarity. You’ll walk away with insight, practical steps, and renewed confidence to begin reassembling life on a stronger foundation.

What Makes This Different

Coaching goes past surface-level fixes and temporary motivation. We're going to focus on deconstructing the built up pieces that are not working in your life (and getting in your way) and then we rebuild- reconstruct and reassemble the way God intended. Together, we will uncover patterns of any trauma left behind—fear, confusion, or burnout—pull up roots that lies have crept in and begin creating a stronger foundation for the life you’re meant to live.

It’s not a one-size-fits-all program. Every step is tailored to your story, your healing, and your future. Personal. Intentional. Transformational.

Do I want Group Coaching or One-on-One Coaching?

Group Coaching: A place to connect with others in a community- where in real time we share stories, and provide a safe environment without judgement. This is also a great option if you're a little shy and hope others in the group will hopefully ask the questions you don't want to ask yourself.

One-on-One (Individual Coaching): A more personal in depth interaction where we can concentrate more on your exact situation. Not every experience is the same, and how you need to heal may vary very specifically.
