How It Works
Step 1: Identity Blueprint (Required)
Before we meet, you’ll begin with the free Identity Blueprint. This isn’t just paperwork—it’s a guided tool that helps uncover the patterns, priorities, and mindsets shaped by past experiences. It gives us a starting point to rebuild from the inside out, not just rearrange what’s on the surface.
Step 2: Free 15-Minute Discovery Call
Once you’ve completed your Blueprint, you can schedule a free 15-minute phone call with me. This is our chance to connect, walk through your results, and talk about where you are in your healing process. It also helps us decide together if coaching is the right step for you right now.
Step 3: 45-Minute Personalized Coaching Session (via Zoom)
If we choose to move forward, we’ll schedule a full coaching session tailored to your needs. During this time, we’ll address the places you feel stuck, identify what’s weighing you down, and outline a plan for moving toward strength and clarity. You’ll walk away with insight, practical steps, and renewed confidence to begin reassembling life on a stronger foundation.
